Franchisee Training and Support

Comprehensive Training

Comprehensive training will be provided by our Loving Care Pet Services team.

• Pre-Training Orientation - During this time you will receive your Pre-Training Orientation Package. You will also meet representatives from the Loving Care Team.
• Classroom Training  – This training is held on-site at Loving Care in regards to with other Franchisees from across the country and allows Franchisees to network and learn from one another. It is an intensive and comprehensive curriculum designed to acquaint you with operational systems and retail and business management skills.
• In-Store Training  – This training provides you with the hands-on experience you need to become a successful Franchisee. Special training is provided for the head groomer position and this training will take place with Master Groomer Rene Padron.

Ongoing Support

• Web Classes - We will hold periodic web classes to keep you up to date with the latest programs.
• Phone and Email Support – We are available to bring our years of experience to your business.
